Products

Wallace & Carey stocks more than 7,500 items in ten modern distribution Centres from Ontario to British Columbia.

Product specialties include groceries, confectioneries, sundries, health and beauty products, frozen foods, tobacco products, cinema confectioneries, and automotive products.

Fill Rates

The level of service provided to our customers is measured by our fill rate, which we continually work to maximize in all product categories.

Our Procurement Department focuses on providing the very best fill rate possible to our customers every day. Customers can monitor our progress by reviewing the fill rate indicated on their invoice.

For information about the fill rate, contact a Wallace & Carey location nearest you.

Eaches

Our customers have the opportunity to minimize their on-site inventory and maximize their turnover by purchasing more than 1,500 items from groceries, sundries and other products in a unit known as an "each".

This program can reduce inventory investment while increasing product selection. A nominal service fee is applied to the invoice when this option is chosen (ordering units of full cases or more are not subject to this service fee).

Ordering

Place your order using the method that works best for your organization:

·      Fast and easy online ordering

·      Electronic order entry

·      Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

For next-day delivery, please place orders before 9:00 am on the scheduled order day. (Some exceptions may occur for customers in remote locations). Please contact your local branch to arrange for your specific order day.

Pricing Catalogue

Our online guide, which can be customized for specific requirements, is updated daily and outlines new products, special deal pricing and programs as well as any price changes. The order guide also includes product images.

Our customers benefit because we make it a policy to pass on all published manufacturers' deals to customers for the full length of the deal period. As a result of the strength of our buying power, we can pass on marginal gains during industry-wide manufacturers' price increases.

Delivery

Our customers are offered consistent and reliable deliveries on a frequency they choose, making it easier to plan appropriate staffing levels.
